Two distinct living spaces share the curb appeal of a single home, built on a property that has been in the family for four generations. We also created extensive concrete landscaping to blend the house with the natural environment with planters, low-maintenance garden beds, and illuminated pathways connecting both shared and private outdoor spaces. A custom-built gate and interlocking brick driveway lead to a multi-story front entry clad with Corten steel siding, adding an elegant patina to stucco and aluminum finishes. Special features include a central elevator with exposed mechanical work, vanity mirrors in the master bath uniquely framed by exterior windows, and a dog washing station in the mudroom which hides pull-out stairs with integrated storage. The entertainment room allows the family to watch movies from their hot tub on the patio.
