Vintage Victoria Classic

This Mid-Century bungalow in Oak Bay underwent a complete transformation, leveraging its solid structure and prime location for a family-friendly overhaul. We reimagined the existing 2,059 square-foot space into a Scandinavian-inspired contemporary home without any additions. A new roofline created 24-foot vaulted ceilings in the main living area, illuminating formerly closed-off spaces with natural light. The exterior was refreshed with durable Hardie plank siding washed in Benjamin Moore’s Black Panther, blending modern appeal with the neighborhood’s classic style.

Inside, cream-washed oak floors complement an airy floorplan and expansive windows leading to a deck. The renovation included four bedrooms, three baths, a mudroom, guest bedroom, and a recreation room in previously unused areas.
